Software that makes work flow.

FlowWerks is a software studio for businesses done with doing things the slow way. We design and build SaaS products, internal tools, and automated workflows — turning your messiest processes into your sharpest advantage.

01What we do

A full product team, on demand.

From a single automated workflow to a full SaaS platform — we scope it, design it, build it, and run it. One studio, end to end.

01

SaaS & app development

Your product, shipped end to end. We design, engineer, and launch web and mobile apps — from first prototype to something customers pay for.

02

Workflow automation & internal tools

We map how your business actually runs, then remove the manual steps — integrations, approvals, dashboards, and back-office tools your team will actually use.

Websites & web platforms

Marketing sites and customer portals with product-grade polish. Fast, accessible, on-brand — and built to turn visitors into pipeline.

Embedded product team

Already have engineers? We plug in as a senior product squad to accelerate a roadmap, untangle a build, or carry a launch over the line.

02How we work

Weeks, not quarters.

A tight, honest process with working software at every step. No black boxes, no big reveal at the end.

01

Discover

We sit with the people who actually do the work, map the workflow end to end, and find where the hours and errors hide. You get a tight scope and a fixed price before a line of code is written.

OutcomeA scoped plan you could hand to any team.
02

Design

Clickable prototypes and a clear system design you can poke holes in. We de-risk the build while changing your mind is still cheap.

OutcomeA prototype your team can click through.
03

Build

Senior engineers ship in weekly increments with a working demo every week. You watch it come together — and course-correct in days, not months.

OutcomeWorking software, every single week.
04

Run

We deploy it, monitor it, and keep making it better after launch. You own all of it — we make sure it keeps earning its keep.

OutcomeSoftware that stays fast, safe, and useful.
03The product lab

We build our own products, too.

FlowWerks isn't only a services studio. We design, launch, and run our own SaaS products — and that changes how we build for you. We know what survives contact with real users, because we live with our own decisions in production. Your project gets built by people who ship like owners — because we are owners.

04Why FlowWerks

Built like owners.

01

Senior only

Every project is designed and built by senior people. The folks you meet on the first call are the ones who ship your product.

02

Owners, not vendors

We run our own products, so we treat yours the same way — opinions included, accountable for outcomes rather than hours.

03

Weeks, not quarters

Tight scopes and weekly ships keep momentum visible. You'll see working software early — and often.

04

Boring where it counts

Proven, maintainable technology under the hood. The exciting part should be what it does for your business, not the stack.

05

Design is the product

Polish isn't decoration. It's the difference between software your team tolerates and software they'd fight to keep.

06

You own everything

Your code, your infrastructure, your data — from day one. If we ever part ways, everything keeps working and it's all yours.

What does a typical engagement cost?

It depends on scope — and we keep scope deliberately tight. Focused automation or website projects are typically a few weeks of work; full SaaS builds run a few months. Every engagement starts with a fixed-price scope, so you'll never get an open-ended invoice.

How fast can we start?

We keep our project load intentionally small, so it varies. Reach out and we'll tell you honestly when we can start — and if we're not the right fit, we'll say that too, and point you somewhere good.

Can you work with our existing team or codebase?

Yes. We regularly join existing teams to accelerate a roadmap, audit and untangle a codebase, or carry a launch over the line. We're happy being the whole team or a part of it.

What do you build with?

Modern, boring-on-purpose technology: TypeScript, React and Next.js, Node, Postgres, and the tools your business already runs on. We choose tech your future team can hire for — not whatever's trending this month.

Who owns the code?

You do — 100%, from the first commit. Code, designs, infrastructure, and data are yours. No lock-in, no hostage licensing, ever.

What happens after launch?

Software isn't finished at launch — that's when it starts learning. We offer ongoing plans covering hosting, monitoring, fixes, and steady improvement, or we hand over cleanly to your team with docs and training.

We're not technical. Is that a problem?

Not at all — most of our clients aren't. Our job is translating how your business actually works into software, in plain language, with no jargon tax.
